STEP 1

Enable "Shipments to Coordinator" for the holidays

Gifting season is right around the corner! If it's not already, make sure that "Shipments to Coordinator" are enabled for your participants, so they can earn from more physical gift cards this holiday season, including brands like McDonald's, Publix, Hilton, and more. (You can disable this option after participant holiday orders are placed, if you'd like!)

Unwrap your FREE shipping code

Save Santa a trip! Enjoy free shipping, courtesy of RaiseRight. Claim your code by November 3 and get free shipping (any method) on one physical gift card order for your organization. Code is valid on orders placed between November 11—December 21.

STEP 3

Take note of holiday shipping deadlines

Get ahead of any shipping carrier or weather-related delays. Here are important dates and reminders to plan physical gift card orders accordingly:

UPS Ground Place orders by 2 pm ET on December 15 for the best chance of receiving gift cards by December 24.
UPS Overnight Place orders by 2 pm ET on December 22 for the best chance of receiving gift cards by December 24.

Remind participants who use Ship to Home that their orders can take up to 2 weeks, so holiday orders should be placed no later than 2 pm ET on December 9. No tracking info is available for U.S. Mail deliveries.

STEP 4

Encourage holiday ordering & invite new families

Use the new Participant Hub to spread the word! Send messages to existing participants and invite new families to participate. Set a deadline, and encourage participants to select "Ship to Coordinator" at checkout so their physical gift cards can be included in your free shipment.

STEP 5

Submit participants' gift card orders using the free shipping code

Once participants have placed their "Ship to Coordinator" orders, you can combine these orders (roll them up) into one big physical gift card order (a "Purchase Order") on behalf of your program and apply the free shipping code at checkout! The physical cards will ship to your organization (for free), and once received, you can distribute orders to each family.
