This RaiseRight™ checklist incentive program (“Incentive Program”) is offered by RaiseRight, Inc., via RaiseRight.com, the RaiseRight mobile app, and any other platform operated by the RaiseRight brand. This agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and RaiseRight and governs your access to and use of the Incentive Program. This Agreement supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Use that otherwise govern your use of RaiseRight.

Acceptance & Eligibility

This Incentive Program is open to individuals who:

• Enroll and create a new participant account with an active RaiseRight fundraising program on or after July 10, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET,
• Provide a valid email address during account creation,
• Are legal U.S. residents, and
• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of enrollment.

This Incentive Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. RaiseRight employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Individuals with an existing RaiseRight account created before July 10, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET are not eligible.

Limit one (1) Reward per person, household, or account.

Description of Incentive Program

New eligible RaiseRight participants may earn one (1) complimentary $5 eGift card reward (“Reward”) by completing all required items as outlined in the checklist (see "Reward Qualifications" below for checklist details) within thirty (30) days of their enrollment date.

Enrollment date is defined as the date a participant successfully registers a new RaiseRight account as part of an active RaiseRight fundraising program.

Participants who qualify for the Reward will be notified via the email address associated with their RaiseRight account with instructions on how to claim the Reward. Participants must claim the Reward by clicking or tapping on one of the available brands in that email within thirty (30) days of receiving it. Unclaimed Rewards will be forfeited.

Once claimed, the Reward will be delivered to the participant’s RaiseRight account Wallet within fourteen (14) days. Available Reward brands are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Reward Qualifications

To qualify for the Reward, participants must complete all the following actions within thirty (30) days of their enrollment date:

1. Download and log in to the RaiseRight mobile app, available on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
2. Install and log in to the desktop version of the RaiseRight Earnings Extension (Browser Extension), available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
3. Place at least two (2) separate gift card orders paid for directly via a linked bank account, credit card, or debit card (“Pay Coordinator” orders do not qualify). Qualifying purchases include:
   • Physical gift cards (including Ship to Home),
   • eGift cards (including those sent as gifts), 
   • Funds added to reloadable physical gift cards.

   All orders must be placed, paid for, and submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on the 30th day after the enrollment date.

4. Complete at least one (1) online purchase on a brand’s website via shopping online through RaiseRight. Purchase(s) must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on the 30th day after enrollment.

Reward Restrictions and Conditions

• Reward has no cash surrender value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Participants are not eligible to receive a Reward until all criteria are met, and all qualifying orders are processed and completed.
• RaiseRight reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal value if the claimed brand is unavailable.
• RaiseRight is not responsible for unclaimed, lost, stolen, or unused Rewards.

Fraud Prevention and Disqualification

RaiseRight reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Multiple accounts created by the same individual,
• Artificial order activity,
• Attempts to circumvent eligibility requirements.

Giveaway Changes and Termination

RaiseRight reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend the Incentive Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on RaiseRight.com and reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of these terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
