Gift Card Earnings

Earnings received from buying gift cards through RaiseRight.

When earnings appear in your Order History:
Same day
When earnings are sent to your organization:
1-30 days

Example:

Earnings from a gift card order purchased on January 10 will show in your Order History on January 10 and be sent to your organization in the February payout.

Online Earnings

Earnings received from shopping online through RaiseRight.

When earnings appear in your Order History:
24-48 hours*
When earnings are sent to your organization:
45-100 days**

Example:

Earnings from shopping online through RaiseRight on January 10 will show in your Order History on January 11 or 12 and be sent to your organization in the March payout.

*At first, online earnings will show in your Order History with an “Earn By” date, which is when the brand verifies your purchase. Once verified, the earnings amount will display by this date.

**Online earnings are sent in the payout following the close of the brands’ return window (typically 30 days). If an item eligible for online earnings is returned within the brand’s return window, earnings will not be included in the payout. Online purchases made during the holiday season can take longer (closer to 100 days) to be sent to the organization. For online purchases in categories like hotels, travel, car rentals, and ticket-related transactions, online earnings may be issued up to 2 weeks after the stay, trip, or event has been completed.

Dining Earnings

Earnings received from dining at a participating restaurant and paying with a linked credit or debit card.

When earnings appear in your Order History:
Within 7 days
When earnings are sent to your organization:
45-100 days

Example:

Earnings from an eligible dine on April 10 will show in your Order History by April 17 and be sent to your organization in the June payout.
