The RaiseRight™ Monthly Earning Challenge (“Giveaway”) is offered by RaiseRight, LLC, via RaiseRight.com, the RaiseRight mobile app, and any other platform operated by the RaiseRight brand. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Incentive Program and supplements, but does not replace, the RaiseRight Terms of Use.

Overview of Giveaway

The RaiseRight™ Monthly Earning Challenge ("Giveaway") consist of a series of giveaways with recurring promotional periods (each, a "Promotion Period") that will vary in duration and timing throughout the year.

The specific start and end dates for each Promotion Period — along with that month's qualifying entry requirements — will be posted on the promotional page and/or communicated by email at the beginning of each Promotion Period.

One (1) prize will be awarded per Promotion Period. 

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household per Promotion Period. Entries do not carry over to future Promotion Periods and reset with each new Giveaway period. 

Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be a legal U.S. resident,
• Be eighteen (18) years of age or older
• Have a registered RaiseRight account with a valid email address

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of RaiseRight LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Enter

Participants can earn entries during each Promotion Period by meeting that month's qualifying requirements. Qualifying requirements for each Promotion Period will be published on the promotional page and/or through email and will automatically become part of these Official Rules when posted. 

January 2026 Giveaway Requirements:

Between January 15, 2026 and January 31, 2026, every purchase of a $100+ reloadable gift card (or $100+ reload to an existing gift card), from brands in the grocery, gas, or pet categories equals one (1) entry into January's giveaway. Unlimited entries. 

• Ship to Home and Ship to Coordinator orders qualify. 
• Orders must be paid for directly by the participant using a linked bank account (ACH), debit card, or credit card. Pay Coordinator orders do not qualify.

February 2026 Giveaway Requirements: 

Between February 9, 2026 and February 28, 2026, every hotel, car rental, or attraction tickets booked through RaiseRight equals one (1) entry into February's giveaway. Unlimited entires. 

To book hotels, car rentals, and tickets to attractions through RaiseRight's travel site, visit the Earn More tab on RaiseRight.com or the mobile app and select Book Today. 

Duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious accounts or transactions may be disqualified.

Winner Selection & Prize

One (1) winner will be randomly selected per giveaway from all eligible entries received during each Promotion Period. 

Prize

Each winner will receive: 

• One (1) $500 gift card of their choice. 

Odds of wining depend on total number of eligible entries received. 

The drawing will take place on the first Monday of the month following the close of the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. A valid email address is required to claim the prize. Winners must reply within seven (7) days of notification to accept the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be drawn.

Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted.   

Giveaway Changes and Termination

General Conditions & Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of RaiseRight LLC, which are final and binding. RaiseRight is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misrouted entries, or for any technical system, or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless RaiseRight LLC, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages related to participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

RaiseRight reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the entry process, acting in voilation of these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  

RaiseRight may request proof of eligibility, identity, account ownership, or qualifying transactions at any time. Failure to provide such documentation upon request may result in disqualification. 

Information collected through participation will be handled in accordance with RaiseRight's Privacy Policy.

Alternate Entry Method

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway once (1) per Promotion Period by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "[Current Month] Monthly Earning Challenge Giveaway Entry". The body of the email must include:

• Participant's Full Name
• RaiseRight Organization Name

(Only one email entry per person per Promotion Period will be accepted. Duplicate Alternate Entry Method emails within the same Promotion Period will be void.)

All valid alternate entries received during a Promotion Period will be included in that period's random drawing. Alternate entries do not roll over to future Promotion Periods. 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
