This RaiseRight™ Holiday Earnings Challenge (“Incentive”) is offered by RaiseRight, LLC, via RaiseRight.com, the RaiseRight mobile app, and any other platform operated by the RaiseRight brand. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Incentive Program and supplements, but does not replace, the RaiseRight Terms of Use.

Acceptance & Eligibility

The Holiday Earnings Challenge is open to participants who:

• Have held an active participant account for at least thirty (30) days,
• Are enrolled in an active RaiseRight fundraising program,
• Are legal U.S. residents, and
• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

This program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. RaiseRight employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Limit: One (1) Reward per person, household, or account.

Rewards Overview

This program offers two separate benefits: the $10 eGift card Reward and the chance to win one of five (5) $500 Grand Prizes. Participants must complete all program requirements to qualify:

1. $10 eGift Card Reward (“Reward”)

Participants who complete all Reward qualifications by December 26, 2025 will earn a $10 eGift card. Qualified participants will be notified via the email associated with their RaiseRight account on January 5, 2026.

• The Reward must be claimed by clicking or tapping on one of the available brands in the notification email within thirty (30) days.
• Once claimed, the Reward will be delivered to the participant’s RaiseRight Wallet within 14 days.
• Reward brands are subject to availability and may change without notice.
• The Reward has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

2. $500 Grand Prize Gift Card (“Grand Prize”)

Participants who meet all Grand Prize qualifications will automatically receive one (1) entry into a drawing for a $500 gift card of their choice.

• Five (5) winners will be randomly selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.
• The Grand Prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be substituted.

Alternate Entry Method (Grand Prize Only): No purchase is necessary. Participants may enter once per day by emailing [email protected]with the subject line “2025 Holiday Earnings Challenge” and including their name or organization information. All valid alternate entries will be included in the same random drawing.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Reward and receive an entry into the drawing for a Grand Prize, participants must:

1. Sign up to download the “Your Path to $1,000 Earnings” PDF at https://www.raiseright.com/m/holiday-challenge

2. Earn a minimum of $100 between October 25, 2025, and December 26, 2025. Earnings may come from:

   • Purchasing gift cards (physical, eGift, or reloading existing cards; proxy orders by coordinators are not eligible)

   • Shopping online through RaiseRight and completing eligible purchases on brand websites

   • Dining locally at participating locations using a linked credit or debit card

   • Booking hotels, car rentals, or attractions through RaiseRight’s travel booking site

All orders must be placed, paid for, and submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 26, 2025. Pending earnings count toward the $100 minimum.

Restrictions and Conditions

• Reward and Grand Prize have no cash surrender value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Participants are not eligible to receive a Reward and enter to win a Grand Prize until all criteria are met, and all qualifying orders are processed and completed.
• RaiseRight reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal value if the claimed brand is unavailable.
• RaiseRight is not responsible for unclaimed, lost, stolen, or unused Rewards or Grand Prizes.

Reward Restrictions and Conditions

• Reward has no cash surrender value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

• RaiseRight reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal value if the claimed brand is unavailable.

Fraud Prevention and Disqualification

RaiseRight reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Multiple accounts created by the same individual,
• Artificial order activity,
• Attempts to circumvent eligibility requirements.

Giveaway Changes and Termination

RaiseRight reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend the Incentive Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on RaiseRight.com and reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of these terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
