On RaiseRight.com or the app, select the 'Earn More' tab, then choose 'Book Today' to search for hotels and car rentals on RaiseRight's travel booking site. Select ‘Hotels’ or ‘Car’ depending on what you'd like to book and follow the steps below: 

• For Hotels: Enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests and rooms. Select 'Search' to view results from 850,000+ hotels worldwide and choose your hotel. Next, select 'Book Now’ to review your booking details, then proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter payment information and complete your reservation. 

• For Car Rentals: Enter your pickup location, pickup date and time, and drop-off date and time. Select 'Search' to view results for 30,000+ car rental locations worldwide. Next, select 'Pay Now’ to review your booking details, then proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter payment information and complete your reservation. 

Yes! You can repeatedly book a hotel or car rental brand through RaiseRight and earn.

To earn when booking hotels or car rentals through RaiseRight, you have to use RaiseRight's travel site.  

If you prefer to book directly on the travel brand's website, you can earn by shopping travel brands online through RaiseRight. To learn more, visit the How it Works page.

There are no limits to how much you can earn from booking travel through RaiseRight!

You can book travel through RaiseRight using a credit or debit card. Eligible credit and debit card types include Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®. 

Please note: Gift cards are not an eligible payment method when booking hotels and cars through RaiseRight’s travel site.

While you can only use a credit or debit card to book a hotel stay or car rental through RaiseRight, you can still earn on other travel expenses by purchasing gift cards and shopping online through RaiseRight.

No, you don’t need to link a card to book travel with RaiseRight. You’ll enter your payment details when you book your hotel or car rental.

Additionally, if you have a credit or debit card linked for local dining, you can earn while traveling! Search for participating restaurants at your destination and earn 5% by using your linked card to pay for your meal.

You can use any eligible credit or debit card to book travel through RaiseRight, whether or not it’s linked for local dining. Please note that cards linked for local dining and cards saved to your RaiseRight account won’t appear at checkout when booking travel, so have your payment details ready. 

We do recommend linking a card for local dining in your RaiseRight account, if you haven't done so already, so you can earn 5% at participating local restaurants while you’re traveling!

No, you can’t use loyalty points to pay for travel bookings through RaiseRight. Eligible payment methods include credit or debit cards.

Your hotel stay may be eligible for loyalty points. We suggest checking the terms and conditions of the hotel’s loyalty program, since some brands don’t issue points for third-party bookings. We also recommend providing your loyalty number at check-in and asking the hotel if your stay qualifies.

Yes! When you book travel through RaiseRight using a credit card, you can also earn credit card rewards, while also earning for your organization. 

Hotels and car rentals are paid in full at the time of booking. Your organization will receive travel earnings 30-70 days after your trip.

While we don’t charge any fees or extra costs, some hotels or car rental companies may collect additional fees at check-in such as deposits, resort fees, parking, extra features or services, or insurance coverage. Depending on the hotel or car rental company, some fees may be displayed during checkout at the time of booking.

Visit Account > Order History > Travel to see your travel earnings from upcoming and past trips. See pending earnings for your upcoming trips in the Booked Trips tab, and earnings from past trips in the Completed Trips tab.

Booked Trips are your upcoming hotel or car rental reservations, which will display in your Account > Order History > Travel within 48 hours. Each Booked Trip includes important travel details, as well as your pending earnings. Once your trip is completed, your earnings are confirmed and moved to the Completed Trips tab.

It can take 30-70 days after your trip for travel earnings to transfer to your organization.  

Note: RaiseRight earning payouts occur on the first Monday of each month if combined earnings for the organization meet the $20 minimum. If combined earnings for the organization in a month are less than $20, earnings will roll over into the following month’s payout.

Tracking earnings from travel bookings will be available through your coordinator reports, specifically the Earnings Summary by Family, Order History by Family, Monthly Deposit Slip, and Non-Gift Card Earnings by Family reports. These updates will be made ahead of the first earnings payout/deposit that will include earnings received from participants' travel bookings. We'll send an email once reporting on travel earnings is available.

There are two ways to see if your hotel or car rental booking went through:  

1. After booking, you'll see a confirmation page letting you know the booking was successful. 
2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your trip details.  

Your booking will also display in Account > Order History > Travel > Booked Trips within 48 hours. 

If you have not received confirmation of hotel or car rental booking, call 877-567-3255.

There are three places where you can find your booking details:  

1. Confirmation email: You will receive an email with your trip details shortly after completing your booking.  
2. RaiseRight account: Within 48 hours, your booked trip will display in Account > Order History > Travel > Booked Trips. 
3. RaiseRight’s travel site: Select Earn More > Book Today to access RaiseRight’s travel site. Click the dropdown next to your name, then select 'My Trips.'  

Please note: To view your booking details while traveling internationally, please refer to your confirmation email. 

You may be able to modify or cancel your car or hotel booking depending on the reservation's cancellation policy. Please contact Travel Booking through RaiseRight at 877-567-3255. 

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of canceling your car or hotel booking.  Canceled bookings will appear in Account > Order History > Travel > Completed Trips within 48 hours. 

Please note: For reservations made through RaiseRight, you will need to call 877-567-3255 to modify or cancel the reservation instead of the hotel or car rental agency. 

Some hotel and car rental companies may offer refundable booking options. You can view the cancellation policy for the hotel or car rental to determine if it’s refundable. 

Hotel rooms: 
Go to the hotel’s page to browse available room options. Each room type will indicate whether it’s non-refundable or offers free cancellation. To view a room type’s full cancellation policy, select ‘Book Now’ and scroll to the Additional Details section in the booking panel.  

Car rentals: 
To view a car rental’s cancellation policy, select ‘Pay Now’ and scroll to the Important Information section in the booking panel. 

If you booked a hotel or car rental through RaiseRight, the booking will display in Account > Order History > Travel within 48 hours. If earnings are not displayed within 48 hours, please contact the RaiseRight Customer Support team.

As an active RaiseRight participant, you will receive weekly emails sent by our travel partner, Access Development, on behalf of Travel Booking with RaiseRight. These emails include trending destinations, seasonal offers, and more. You may opt out of these emails at any time—unsubscribing from Travel Bookings with RaiseRight emails will not affect other communications from RaiseRight.

You will also receive booking confirmation emails after booking a hotel or car rental through RaiseRight.
