Staying Focused on What Matters Most

The program at St. Joseph's Parish School started with a few parents looking for an alternative to other time and effort-consuming school fundraisers. They wanted kids to be able to focus on school and growing as students, instead of worrying about selling. After seeing the impact, the program has grown to parish-wide participation from all ages and stages of life.

"It takes the pressure off students to sell and compete with each other to see who sells the most candy bars, magazines, etc. Kids have enough pressure! We’ve been able to eliminate those two fundraisers.”

While the majority of funds raised go toward the parish's general fund to help pay and cover day-to-day needs, families also receive a percentage to put toward the early childhood center, school tuition, or a faith program for children who don't attend the school.
